The New York Daily News got Kimora to open up more about baby Kenzo…
She also has a newborn son who arrived in June, named after a legendary designer. “Kenzo the designer hasn’t met Kenzo the baby yet, though I used to work for Kenzo very often back in my day,” Kimora says. She took no maternity leave. “It’s definitely a shock. Like, I have breast-feeding issues. I’ve been working the whole time, trying to get down with the whole idea of breast-feeding, pumping breast milk. The whole idea is really crazy, timing it. If you’re stressed, your body doesn’t want to cooperate, so you have to meditate almost to pump. And I have to feed the baby almost every two hours.”
Kenzo’s dad is Kimora’s partner, Oscar nominee and Calvin Klein model Djimon Hounsou. Does it bother her that many women (and quite a few men) are lusting over his assets, plastered on billboards in skintight briefs? “It’s really amazing that everywhere I go, people are talking about my honey all the time.
