Target East Harlem Kick-Off!
Target recenly had its grand store opening in East Harlem with three hip attendees: FG2BH’s model to watch Somalian beauty/former ARISE magazine covergirl Ubah Hassan, Duro Olowu’s wife & museum curator Thelma Golden and runway favorite Wakeema Hollis. (Random thought: Should we anticipate the designs of Duro Olowu in the store???)

The official Target East Harlem store opening is on Sunday July 25th and it’s located at 116 Street. To celebrate this historical moment the store also launched a limited series collection called Harlem Designer Collections which will include designs by First Lady Michelle Obama’s favorite Isabel and Ruben Toledo, designer Stephen Burrows, and acclaimed chef Marcus Samuelsson.
