Sade Performs “BabyFather” & “Sweetest Taboo” on “DWTS”
Last night on the hit ABC reality series Dancing with the Stars, Sade treated the studio audiences with not one but TWO electric performances of their singles, “Babyfather” and “The Sweetest Taboo.” “BabyFather” as previously reported is the second official single taken off the group’s current platinum-selling album, “Soldier of Love” and “The Sweetest Taboo” is an old classic Sade cut taken off their 1985 record, “Diamond.” No confirmation on whether Sade’s daughter Ila would participated in any live performances as her vocals were recorded for the studio version of “BabyFather.” In the meantime, check out both performances below…

Not even the male backup dancers could distract from the perfection that is Sade. Anyone else tune last night to catch the performances? I was pleasantly surprised that Sade treated us with a throwback song as ever since Soldier of Love was release they stuck with either the album title cut or their second single at their major TV performances. I’m glad they took us back to 1985, though! Sade got down at the end of the “Sweetest Taboo.” Bring on the tour, Sade!
